Jill Rhodes is an Administrative Specialist and has been a member of the ESC-20 team since September 2012. She works with a variety of programs,including leadership development, NCLB/Title I, state compensatory education, and school improvement. After leaving a successful business career, she became an educator in 2003, serving as a CTE teacher, CTE department coordinator, and secondary adminisntrator in both rural and urban schools in Texas and Utah. Jill earned her International Business degree from Texas State University, her MBA from St. Mary's University, her teaching certification from Midwestern State University, and her MS-Educational Adminsitration from Lamar University. She is working toward certification as an Educational Coach through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).
