Have you struggled with due dates not being met, staff mishaps or other challenges this year?  Hear from charter leaders who made it through their first year and advice they have for others.  This session will focus on a panel of charter leaders sharing their successes and challenges as well as resources used through this process.  Participants will walk away with varied perspectives on how to address barriers and create a network of peer support for future success!
