This session will discuss common findings of noncompliance in special education. Some of the most commonly cited areas in the last few years include accelerated instruction plans/intensive programs of instruction, specificity of frequency and duration of special education and related services, ARD committee membership, and personal graduation plans. The presenter will discuss what the common c findings have been and what the requirements are in relation to students who receive special education services.
